This website is run by AK Printing Services & Stationery (SSM registered), G-08, Residensi Desa Satumas, Jalan Desa, Taman Desa, 58100 Kuala Lumpur. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean AK Printing.

2. Copyright

All content on this website belongs to AK Printing Services & Stationery, unless we say otherwise. This includes the text, illustrations, price tables, page design and the AK Printing logo. It is protected by the Copyright Act 1987 of Malaysia.

You may view our pages and share links to them. You may not copy, download, change, republish or sell any part of this website without our written permission.

• Do not copy our text, pictures or prices to use on another website, page or social media account.
• Do not use robots or other tools to copy content from this website.
• Do not use the AK Printing name or logo in a way that makes people think you are us, or that we work with you.

3. Prices and quotations

• Prices on this website are in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and are for reference only.
• Totals worked out by the order forms on this website are estimates. The final price, completion time and details are confirmed in our quotation on WhatsApp.
• We may change prices at any time. If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before you pay.
• Your order goes ahead only after you approve our quotation and your artwork.

4. Your artwork

• We print from the files you send. We do not design, create or change artwork, and we do not check your files for mistakes.
• Please check spelling, sizes and all details before you approve. We are not responsible for mistakes in artwork that you have approved.
• Printed colours can look slightly different from the colours on your screen.

5. Your right to print your artwork

You must own, or have permission to use, every logo, picture, character, brand name and text that you send us to print.

We may refuse to print anything that we believe copies someone else’s work or brand, or that is against the law.

If someone makes a claim against us because of the artwork or content you sent, you are responsible for that claim and for any costs it causes us.

6. Your personal data

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy notice.

7. Other websites

Our pages link to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but mistakes can happen. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by using this website.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Malaysian consumer law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.
